Be Strong, Be Calm, Be Grateful
So much to be grateful for!
My family and I are well and have food on the table, roof over our head!
Everyone is affected by this tragic Pandemic, but in light of so many lost lives
We are so very fortunate, we are trying to keep it all in perspective and be grateful .
Our family members have their health, as well as the love and support of each other!
So what we have been doing for fun and sanity during quarantine…
Since the quarantine we have come together with family and friends on Zoom and skype regularly.
We all have a heighten appreciation for the importance
of health and time together, even if it is Virtual-J
Our immediate family has paralleled each other to share new experiences.
We have baked bread, cook Persian stew and other new recipes, did 30 days (and now beyond) Yoga,
Puzzles, Game nights, Art night, Devotions.
We have an ongoing quarantine photo album where we all add pictures and videos of our time so we almost feel there with each other!
In the larger picture we pray for those around the globe,
and live with the hope that through this crisis the world can see what unites us as one human family and we all work with love and compassion to help each other as we grow and transform.
