Leaky faucet and some things to improve

For personal action besides all the reduce/reuse/recycle, carpooling, etc, I fixed a leaky faucet we have in one of our bathrooms. It's been a problem for a few weeks.For Systemic actions, I identified three areas in the community that I think should be improved and that I want to investigate further:* Leaf blowers operate in the community every now and then, and they are single-stroke gas powered. They are really smelly, indicating waste, signficant excess emissions as well as major negative health effects. Getting Data Behind Energy Usage

My family's most recent bill had 1047 kWh of usage, which is 943 lb CO2e of emissions.I also let a family friend know about PSE Flex.It was interesting finding the data behind my energy usage, which is average for a home of my size, but it will take significant infrastructural improvements to reduce it. I am also unsure to what extent other people will be interested in programs such as PSE Flex, although getting rebates sounds attractive.
